Owner
Went to work at CSM in 1964 and became a partner with Ted Patterson in 1968. In 1978 Fred bought out Ted and has been sole owner since.

Vice President & Shop Manager (Quoting)
Handles quoting and runs the shop floor day to day.

Office Manager
Looks after the office, scheduling and customer accounts.
